Through detailed, one-on-one coaching, athletes are guided through high-intensity, purpose-driven drills that develop footwork precision, reaction time, and explosive power. Sessions may incorporate resistance training, advanced movement mechanics, and real-time coaching feedback to ensure every rep translates to on-field performance.

This is more than training—it’s a system designed to maximize potential, reduce injury risk, and give athletes a true competitive edge.

Every athlete begins with a focused 30-minute VLX Performance Assessment—the foundation of how we develop speed, movement, and overall athletic performance.

In this session, we quickly and efficiently evaluate how an athlete moves, accelerates, decelerates, and changes direction. Our goal is to identify strengths, expose limitations, and establish a clear starting point for a personalized training plan.

Athletes will be guided through targeted drills to assess:

Acceleration & speed mechanics
Change-of-direction & agility
Movement efficiency & body control
Coordination and explosiveness

This is not just an evaluation—it’s a high-impact session with real-time coaching and immediate feedback to set the direction for improvement.

Speed & Agility Sunday Compete Performance - (Group Session Max 6 Athletes)

A high-energy, small-group environment designed to develop real game speed. Athletes train through structured drills focused on acceleration, agility, and change of direction while being challenged by others around them.

Limited to 6 athletes to ensure quality coaching, accountability, and intensity every session.

The group dynamic drives accountability and intensity, while athletes still receive focused coaching cues to refine technique and maximize results. Every rep has purpose—helping athletes build confidence, move more efficiently, and gain an edge on the field.
